Full FAITH OT is a mental, spiritual & physical fitness therapy program for middle age women who are experiencing life challenges and transitions of mind and body. This is for women who need to find themselves again, improve confidence and efficiency in self-care to achieve health goals, decrease risk for disease, and improve quality of life.
Our mission is to empower all women to live an authentic lifestyle that reflects their true identity and values so they can tap into their gifts of the Spirit. This is why we use the F.A.I.T.H framework to track personal growth and progress.
We also use simple technologies for easy access and face-time features for live 1:1 sessions to maintain client-centeredness.
A personalized and holistic coaching model addresses the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of wellness using evidence-based practices, biblical principles, and compassionate support to help women achieve their life goals, overcome their challenges, improve quality of life and decrease risk for early onset of disease.
Rather than focusing solely on weight loss, nutrition habits or exercise, this partnership drives mastery of mindset, accountability and creation of positive habit systems which is the key to living in JOY and creating sustainable improvements affording you a second chance at living life to the fullest as independently as possible for as long as possible.

My name is Dana Seibel
As a licensed & registered OTR and gerontologist, I know the wisdom of aging, the benefits of living in gratitude and the resilience I have developed through life experience. I know the hardship of aging, the unpleasant changes in my body and mind, the loss of loved ones and friends, and the challenges of adapting to a new environments.
I look forward to the “Golden years”, not as a time of decline and decay, but as a time of growth and fulfillment, of peace and harmony, of freedom and happiness.
I embrace aging as a natural and inevitable part of life, and I celebrate it as a gift and an opportunity.

Full FAITH Framework
FAITH is a framework that supports mental and physical health by focusing on five key elements: Foundation, Accountability, Integrity, Transformation, and Holistic Health. Each element represents a principle or a practice that can help women achieve their wellness goals and improve their quality of life.

Foundation: This element refers to the core beliefs and values that guide one’s actions and decisions. Having a strong foundation means having a clear purpose. A solid foundation helps one cope with stress, adversity, and uncertainty.

Accountability: This element refers to the commitment that one has to oneself and others. Being accountable means being honest, transparent, and respectful in one’s interactions and relationships.

Integrity: This element refers to the consistency and alignment between beliefs and actions. It also means being authentic, trustworthy, and ethical in one’s personal and professional life.
