Full FAITH OT 90 Day Partnership Program
Long Life is Your Future!
How this Course Compares to other Faith-Based Wellness Programs
While many faith-based programs focus solely on scripture, prayer, or counseling, this course stands out with its scientific, research-backed approach to holistic health. It incorporates faith, identity, mindset coaching, nutrition, fitness, and habit formation into a structured, personalized framework.
KEY DIFFERENCES:
- Personalized 1:1 coaching using COPM (rather than a one-size-fits-all curriculum).
- Integration of faith, identity, emotional health, and physical wellness (most programs focus on one or two areas).
- Emphasis on habit-building, environmental influence, and goal-setting (beyond just spiritual study).
- Comprehensive structure with measurable progress tracking (rather than generic encouragement).
This course isn’t just about believing—it’s about BECOMING By the end of 12 weeks, individuals will have built a faith-filled, disciplined, and intentional lifestyle that transforms every aspect of their lives and gives practical opportunity to improve quality of life now and in the future.
Full FAITH Framework
FAITH is a framework that supports mental and physical health by focusing on five key elements: Foundation, Accountability, Integrity, Transformation, and Holistic Health. Each element represents a principle or a practice that can help women achieve their wellness goals and improve their quality of life.
-
Foundation: This element refers to the core beliefs and values that guide one’s actions and decisions. Having a strong foundation means having a clear purpose. A solid foundation helps one cope with stress, adversity, and uncertainty.
-
Accountability: This element refers to the commitment that one has to oneself and others. Being accountable means being honest, transparent, and respectful in one’s interactions and relationships.
-
Integrity: This element refers to the consistency and alignment between beliefs and actions. It also means being authentic, trustworthy, and ethical in one’s personal and professional life.
-
Transformation: This element refers to the change and growth that one experiences as a result of one’s actions and decisions. Transformation means embracing challenges, learning from mistakes, and adapting to new situations. It also means being open-minded, creative, and innovative in one’s approach to problem-solving and goal-setting.
-
Holistic Health: This element refers to the balance and harmony between one’s physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Achieving holistic health means taking care of one’s body, mind, and soul, and addressing one’s needs and desires. It also means being mindful, compassionate, and grateful for oneself and others.
This frame of reference is divided into three different sections (Find your FAITH, Maintain your FAITH, and Full Body FAITH) emphasizing the PEO model (Person, Environment, Occupation) which aligns with the Occupational Therapy lens to provide women with a greater understanding of the components to achieving holistic health and wellness.
